    Default Gun buyback

If anyone is looking for cheap gun or wants to offload a non-functioning firearm for a $100 shoprite gift card, the buyback is on 7/17 10-2 at the church on 5th & Snyder

Aren't these gun buys illegal? There is no FFL transfer as per state/federal law. Wouldn't doubt many are stolen to begin with. Who knows where all of these guns end up? They could be taking the good stuff to arm BLM.
