Doesn't really matter. All the Councilmen have virtue signalled their contempt for all things conservative and pressed the feel good button
for all the marxist so their re-elections are all assured.. I'm sure it can also be a pulpit for blaming Trump for packing the courts once it's
overturned..

If those items worked correctly: The 2A would be the law of the land and we would not have any gun laws in the first place.
