I stopped using steel case ammo in everything but AKs years ago due to issues with it. Always messed up and caused jams, fte*s, etc in any semi pistol, revolver, AR I used it in. AK*s obviously designed for steel case so no issues there. Hopefully I won*t have any issues with brass cased in the Stribog

If it can't shoot steel , it ain't worth shooting...
The Stribog was developed around the 124gr NATO (read - HOT) 9mm round. That's brass cased, so you should be fine so long as you feed it what it likes.
