Current Philly LTCF turnaround

Hello

I already have my LTCF from Allegeheny Co ( and I will do whatever it takes to renew there LOL ). But I finally convinced a family member in Philly to get theirs and helped them with the new online system they are using but the process has not even moved after 2 weeks ( not surprising ) ... how long are these generally taking these days? .. my first one was from Philadelphia and they took months and did everything possible not to give it to me but that was years ago.I know that things have changed to a certain extent as this was before all the settlements and lawsuits. Thanks
