Also, the PA constitution recognizes the right to protect property. Somehow, the courts have maneuvered that to be meaningless as well.

Update. I got an email saying I can reschedule for an earlier date. Now instead of Nov 5, it's Aug 5.

Basically proves it's politically motivated BS. How did they shave off 3 months of their logistics? Answer: they didn't.

I didn't know but when I applied it was only a few days after PA started accepting applications again in late Jan. I Went online and applied and got approved 12 days later and that's when the waiting started for the pick up date. Back then I was able to set up an appointment for about 10 weeks from the date I was approved.

My wife was approved in late April and picks up her Carry License next week! (about 14 weeks)
