I interpreted your original to post to mean he was questioning the Commission's authority to compel testimony from any and all witnesses called, because you did not say the committee was improperly assembled. The article I read stated that Mastriano acknowledges a properly constituted commission HAS the authority to call and compel witness testimony, but THIS commission DOES NOT, because it is not properly constituted, and there is no one on the commission who would act in an impartial manner toward the witnesses. I wasn't trying to refute your post, but enhance it with information I had just finished reading.

Yep. This video is too long to air on TV, so it's a waste because it's never going to get the views (a whopping 24k as of this post). It certainly isn't going to sway anyone who already had their mind made up.
