And if that happens, where is the firearm owners vote? There is enough gun owners in this state to beat any antigun candidate like Shapiro, who makes no secret of his opposition to the second amendment. In the end though, the firearm owners will get the governor they collectively deserve. If we do say hello to Shapiro, there will be democratic governors running Pa. in the foreseeable future. This especially in what are bad times for the country in an era of an unpopular democrat administration, and a Wolf governorship that has supported the current white house.

I see no reason why Mastriano can't beat Shapiro if we all show up, now if we don't all show up shame on us. Too many complain but then don't bother to take action, we are our own worst enemy sometimes I swear.

Absolutely right,I've found myself telling folks the same thing as it relates to Larry Krasner.

You can lead the horse to water but you can't make him drink. I am disappointed at how many people will do nothing more than bellyache. I know that my calls to Missy Houlahan and Katie Muth are useless but I make them just the same. If all the people I hear complain about them would call too, it could have an effect.

what is the typical turn out for a nonpresidental general election?
looking at the number of votes in the lt gov races the red teams had 1.2M while the blue team had 1.1M
about the same difference between the teams in the us sen race as well.

Agreed. Shapiro is not a slam dunk candidate for the democrats. There is a lot of fire power the Republicans can use against him between now and November. The democrats have not had back to back candidates win in Pa in over a 1/2 century. Hopefully that pattern continues.

Won't Shapiro be in jail by November for the ghost gun deal?
