Contact Rep. Bennhingoff to bring up Constitutional Carry for a vote!!
Constitutional Carry (HB 659) was reported from the House Judiciary Committee amidst fanfare from Republican legislators that it would receive a floor vote. Unfortunately, House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff blocked the floor vote just a few days later.
Representative Aaron Bernstine needs your help to get Constitutional Carry up for a vote in the House and passed. Please call Rep. Benninghoff’s office at 814-355-1300 and demand that HB 659 get brought up for a vote on the House floor immediately.
