I think you are confused as to what Kensington's boundaries are. Basically 6th the Delaware, girard to Allegheny. Port Richmond is carved out of that, from Lehigh/aramingo to the river, and so is fishtown, the Delaware/frankford Ave/Norris street.

That's the sugary pablum the real estate folks spoon feed to out of towners.
