A man on a dirt bike was gunned down by a driver in a car after a road rage incident near Independence Hall over the weekend, police said.

That's not a road rage incident, that's a man reasonably fearing for his personal safety.

The car driver, who has a permit to carry, then shot and killed a 29-year-old man on one of the dirt bikes.

It would have been so easy to do at that point and would send a huge message. They were at a standstill, cop cars block both ends of 676 boxing them in, the rest move in and arrest them all.
