Philly Classifies Dirt Bikes and ATVs as Illegal for Street Use

At one point years ago I almost had some empathy for the plight of ATV/dirt bike riders perhaps riding to an offroad location for recreation. If they would follow the rules of the road. But this is not even close. They break about every law on the books. Run lights, sidewalks, speeding, wrong side of the road, swerving. etc.

Why were all the cars just sitting stopped at green lights while these people were flying through red lights at 60 MPH? I did see that it looked like some intersections had people blocking traffic, but not all.

Because when an innocent person kills one of those assholes, the entire swarm will drag the innocent from their vehicle and beat them and their family.

Running redlights and stops signs, or even blocking traffic for 30 seconds is justification for none of this.

what happens when one of these idiots runs a light and gets hit by a car and then the rest of the mob goes after that innocent driver? thats the concern for many people. the police either cant or wont do anything to these groups so they get away with all of this crap. these mobs of illegal riders are putting everyone else in danger with their reckless driving.

icp4life can you clarify where you stand on the rampant, reckless, illegal actions of the atv, dirt bike crowd terrorizing areas such as Philadelphia, it*s suburbs and the likes of Allentown? Not talking about regular motorcycle riders. And what would you recommend as a legal deterrent to this behavior?
