As I see it, too many.

Fortunately significantly less. And even then, the percentage of violent crime is not comparable.

''Philly Classifies Dirt Bikes and ATVs as Illegal for Street Use''

Since they've always been illegal for street use in PENNSYLVANIA , does that mean they'll be double illegal in Philadelphia?
    I don't speak English , I talk American!

"We understand you're upset that we're not making any arrests, so we'll make another law. Maybe you'll get off our backs for a while so we can fuck you over some more."

I think the new law allows for confiscation and destruction as opposed to catch and release to offend again.

Well, I'll be surprised if the new law has any real consequences, I'm guessing they'll go after low hanging fruit, and ignore the criminal element.

I wonder if there's any cops riding in these groups like in the dumb ass got run over incident in NYC a few years ago.

Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

That sucks for the actual legal owners of the dirtbikes who had them stolen. A lot of people don't carry insurance on off-road vehicles. Although they may not want them back since they're most likely trashed.

I was only saying, and also restated by several others, it's already illegal.

That would be a difference. Thanks for clarification.

I guess this isn't a discussion area. Sorry about that. I won't worry about you at all. Enjoy Philly culture and carry on in your usual manner.
