Re: Philly Classifies Dirt Bikes and ATVs as Illegal for Street Use
That's the sugary pablum the real estate folks spoon feed to out of towners.
So for the rest of the Peanut Gallery, here's reality

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Philly Classifies Dirt Bikes and ATVs as Illegal for Street Use
Dude the boundaries I mentioned have been Kensington on city maps dating to the early 1800s.
Kensington goes over to 6th, north of girard to the Delaware river. It was literally the Borough of Kensington until the act of consolidation in 1854.
If some penn kids wanted to focus on certain areas, whatever.
In fact, it's quite the opposite, where instead real estate agents calling, say, 4th and master Kensington, which it is, but was bombed out 20 years ago with barrel fires and addicts everywhere, now they call it greater fishtown, and rent 1 bedrooms for 1800, and sell new build rows for 600k plus.

Re: Philly Classifies Dirt Bikes and ATVs as Illegal for Street Use
I was specifically referring to the areas delineated as Fishtown, 'Olde Richmond' (although we never called it that) and Port Richmond vs what was considered Kensington at that point in time. All those neighborhoods were 'working class' areas at the time (but not bad per se) , except for certain parts of Kensington where were 'not great' even back then.
