Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

If you look at all their criteria, it's all typical libtardism designed to trip people up and make an example of them.

12.3 in Hanson barrel
11.5 in 7075 handguard
BCM handstop
Perst 3
Aero Upper (I think they weigh a few more ounces than usual)
Aimpoint PRO in a Scalarworks mount
Magpul grip
SBA3
Loaded mag
Currently comes in about 9.2 Lbs and I don't even have a white light or IR illuminator on there yet.Last edited by KPShooting; June 8th, 2021 at 08:44 AM.

Re: ATF Proposed Rule Change: Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached Braces
Everything does, because they are arguing that a gun that is more than 120 ounces is too heavy for one-handed use, once you put a loaded mag in.
They do specify the 120 ounces weight limit is with an unloaded magazine. About the only clear thing in their gobbledy-gook document, except they fail to specify if they're referring to an empty 10 round magazine, or an empty 30 round one. If one weighs pistol with an empty 10 round magazine, but also owns a 30 round magazine, does it trigger their favorite clause of "constructive possession?" LOL
