    Default M1 Carbines at Midway

Anyone grabbing one? I'm not very familiar but the pricing seems pretty good.

    If I didn't have a couple of M1 Carbines, I'd seriously consider a Rock-ola, but for $1300-$2300, I can live with what I've got.

They had a page where you could sign up for the preview email. Looks like they've made the preview public. They don't go on sale until June 8th at 9a EDT, however.

Here are the listings and prices. They have quite a selection to chose from.

That's pretty cool. I'm going to sit this one out though.

I can’t believe how much they are going for these days. Not just at Midway, in general. I can’t justify spending that much especially since surplus ammo is no longer cheap and plentiful.

That's where I'm at. I want one but it will definitely be shot only a handful of times in total. It's also a bit of a gamble since you don't know how serviceable these will be... Maybe lots of worn springs and shot out barrel even if graded well cosmetically.

I already have one built by the Itty Bitty Machine Co. A Korean reimport from years ago. I don't think it needs a mate.
