Anything I say about cyclists on public roadways would be taken the wrong way - or not.

This is why I have a holster attached to the gooseneck of my bicycle. A gold club is a deadly weapon, and he would have been met with deadly force.

I'm sure the biker was just innocent following all the rules of the road when someone flipped out on him.

This is why I wear mountain biking shorts with a Kahr P380 in the thigh pocket.

I found this in another article at https://www.timesleader.com/news/149...with-bicyclist

"Piccola told police, court records say, he was unable to run away due to bicyclist shoes he was wearing."

So he was clipped in with road biking shoes. Those shoes are made for cycling, and are very hard to walk in. This is why I use mountain biking shoes. They have rubber tread on the bottom, you can actually walk on pavement with them.

If your feet have become a part of the machine, you've taken things way too far.

If those shoes are so difficult to unclip from the bike, how does he put his foot down when he stops at stop signs?
