That reminds me - I need to get shade walls for my canopy. Every one of these shoots I've been to were hotter than balls.

The canopy I had ordered for last year's event came in in September including its side kit.

I have a yellow canopy.
I can either buy a new blue tarp, or just use the dirty/torn one I use to drag piles of debris out of my utility trailer.

Two weeks to go.

I picked up plastic utensils ,foil pans and disposable table cloths. I will have the 5 gallon water jug and cups. We ussually have lots of food but are lacking paper plates and napkins if anyone wishes to bring those items.
