Constitutional Carry Reported from House Judiciary Committee
HB 659 (Constitutional Carry) and HB 979 (Strengthen Preemption) were reported from the House Judiciary Committee today without amendments. They are now on the House Floor. Vote was 14-11 on party lines with anti-gun Republican Todd Stephens voting against both bills.

Re: Constitutional Carry Reported from House Judiciary Committee
Wrote my Rep. again asking for co-sponsorship and support. Probably worth a thank you to Rep. Rob Kauffman too. He done good.
Stephens clearly wants a primary challenger since he doesn't seem to like doing his job.I am not a lawyer.

Good news for a change. I hope they do it properly so that it can*t be overturned down the road.
