Re: New Taurus GX4
I Love my G2c..
That being said I got the G2 on sale, out the door for under $200... I would take a look at the GX4 if the reviews are good and the price is cheapLast edited by JDA58; May 22nd, 2021 at 05:39 PM.

Re: New Taurus GX4
Hey, I'm learning all kinds of new things in this thread LOL!
Thanks for pointing that out!
I'll be following this gun for a bit to see users feedback after owning one a while. I swear I watched a review last week where the reviewer pointed out the safety on this gun. Must have been a different model. My mind is fading faster than I had thought LOL

Re: New Taurus GX4
Salesman at my favorite gunstore held one his rep brought in. He isn't a Taurus fan. Knows the g2c is reliable, doesn't like the trigger.
He knows I have a g2c and like it, for what it is. Told me after handling the new one, can't wait to shoot one. Said he liked everything about it, and was more impressed with the new trigger than the rep told him he'd be.
I'm holding off on a slim 9 till I get to handle one myself. Might be another winner.

Re: New Taurus GX4
I bought a G2c a few years ago for under $200 - Was never a fan of Taurus, but for the price I figured what the hell, Liked it some much, I bought a G2S and then the G3 when it came out, I like the G3c and this GX4, but I don't need anymore, I've probably put about 500 rounds through each and not so much as a hiccup, not a lot, but ammo is expensive. For those unaware, somewhere in the 2000's, Taurus brought in new management and became ISO certified, since then they seem to be making quality firearms, I have S&W, Springfield and Ruger's for Carry guns, they mostly sit and collect dust as I go between the G2c & G2s for my carry gun. But as with every firearm, it's what fits you best and you feel comfortable with, Luckily we live in a time where we have great choices.

Re: New Taurus GX4
Just shot my GX4 today. Put 200 rounds of steel cased ammo through it and not a single failure. Accuracy was as good as any other subcompact I own. I may put another 200 through it on Thursday.
Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.

Re: New Taurus GX4
paid more for the ammo than the firearm ? I own a T G3C and got to shoot the hellcat clone,I found recoil was snappier than my G3C mostlty because of the reduced size, trigger was very good ! Congrats on your new Taurus .
