    That definitely could happen.

    But I still think we'll see a lot of Republicans win in the general election and we'll get a Republican Governor when that election comes around

    If Pennsylvania can elect a decent Republcan Governor, Constitutional carry has a chance. Even in Texas, the legislature vote for Constitutional carry was close.
