OK , ya get caught with a 'ghost' gun. What do they do? Let you out after dinner?

I do believe crack and heroin are also banned in Philly. How's that working out?

What is the penalty for possession of a completed 80% receiver? Can anybody point to the actual "law" so I can read it myself?

My understanding is that if this were actually enforced, the person charged would have standing in court to challenge on the basis of statewide preemption.

You can have standing before being arrested. If you have the equipment and want to build one, you can have standing.

As far as the law, it is attached to the complaint: https://www.gunowners.org/wp-content...-Complaint.pdf
