Referendum to amend PA Constitution on May 18, 2021

Looks like 3 proposed amendments to the PA state Constitution, 2 are to cut back on Wolf's power to declare perpetual emergency, and 1 to sneak in "race or ethnicity" restrictions; the Lefty AG opposes the first 2 and wants the last, meaning that we should vote in favor of the "emergency" changes and against the "race/ethnicity" changes.

I have no opinion on any other issues on May 18th.

What does "yes" on #3 get us that we don't have now? Your link admits that it's already in the US Constitution, and last time I checked we were controlled by that document here in PA.

I can think of a few doors to mischief it would open, like "equal outcomes required in school grades and prison populations", "mandatory sanctuary cities", and such. Note that all illegal aliens have a different ethnicity than "US citizens".
