Possible active assailant and house fire/explosion Windsor Mill, MD

First call came out as I was leaving work this morning just before 645am. Details I heard while crews were enroute reported multiple calls reporting *popping* sounds and that a house was on fire. Dispatch then reported an active shooter in the area. First arriving units reported a fully involved townhome with 4 victims and that the assailant was being *handled* by police. One fatality reported. Details are still emerging, this is just what I heard so far. A PIO is enroute to the scene to give a media brief.

Update: Shooter is dead, shot by police on arrival. He shot an killed 3 people and injured a 4th using a handgun. He was identified as 56 year old Everton Brown. And since this shooting doesn*t fit the agenda, you won*t see anything about it on anything more than local news.
