Village Arms, Gap, PA is now Trop (second location)
The Village Arms in Gap has posted on their Facebook page that they have been bought by Trop and will be reopened as Trop’s second location in Lancaster County...
I searched and did not see it posted elsewhere, but if it is a duplicate I will remove the post.

Trop sells so much on Gunbroker it's insane, they don't even care about local customers anymore. Last time I looked they were selling some more uncommon boxes of ammo with starting prices in the hundreds.

Re: Village Arms, Gap, PA is now Trop (second location)
I did a couple of transfers with them years ago and I just looked at some of the receipts. In 2007 $50 for transfer and $10 for use of FFL. A Later purchase was $40 for use of FFL and $10 for Transfer both of those were Gun Broker purchases. I would have bought either of those firearms from him if they would have stocked them or at least tried to find them for me but they weren't interested in looking. That's when I found TSS and anything they didn't have in stock they searched and found what I was looking for. I also found an FFL near Downingtown that charged $25 for transfers and he was quick, polite and had a cool doggie.

I know nothing about Trop and this is the first I've heard of the buyout. I live 15 minutes from Village Arms but I'll drive the 30 minutes down to Avondale to patronize TSS where they always appreciated my business.Corruption is the default behavior of government officials. JPC
