Advice for cutting a leather holster?

Razor knife or celotex knife with new blade. Draw the line of the cut before starting with the knife. Burnish your edges with wax paper.

Just my humble opinion formulated while owning a saddle shop.

Thanks phill never thought to use wax paper for burnishing my projects...i’ll have to give it a try.
