Immediately went to pending research status. No email received with cover sheet to mail prints. Probably because the model number in the drop down was incorrect so I had to manually enter it as it reads on the receiver.

I submitted pictures of the receiver markings with the form. I never noticed, but it says to attach photos of the receiver markings for all form 1 submissions now (sbr, sbs, etc). Is that new?

8-9-21 changed from pending research to in process/submitted. Mailing prints with the provided cover sheet today. That was faster than expected.

11-1-21 approved, woohoo a fast one.
