Re: Anthony's Firearm Warehouse
The BBB and West Virginia's Attorney General's Office would definately be contacted if it were my $$$.
I would also contact the local to that dealer's law enforcement department(s) and explain what happened. See if they know something and if you have any actions you can take.
An lawyer will only get you on a list if and when the company enters bankruptcy so you can get some pennies back on the dollars you spent.
Make some calls! It can't hurt!!Engineers make things idiot proof! Evolution makes better idiots!

Re: Anthony's Firearm Warehouse
After my post I emailed them (about 10 days ago). It was an email that was prefaced by an 8 ounce Manhattan with 100 proof rye, and a small amount of Vermouth. I must say it was one of my better efforts. I asked if the newest excuse was the company dog ate all of their checks, I am going to the press, BBB, politicians, etc. I said I would get in bed with AOC if I had to. 2 days later (last Friday) I got 3 emails saying the checks were cut. BUT it can take up to 15 business days for them to be delivered. I can walk to WV in less time. I am still waiting for these checks to be delivered,1 week later. More to come as I have an update.

Re: Anthony's Firearm Warehouse
The journey is over. I received a refund for the 3 items I ordered 2 years ago. It took 3.5 months from when I started, but they refunded my money. Looks like they took out $25 for processing (that is a new policy, not there when I ordered it), but at this point I am just glad it is over. And yes, I went to the issuing bank and cashed it there rather than depositing it in my bank and it bounce. That cost me 10 bucks, but worth not having to worry.

Re: Anthony's Firearm Warehouse
A couple days before I received the check, I did (finally) file a BBB complaint. I updated it this AM to show that they paid me and the check cleared. I noticed their rating has been destroyed recently. This is just my opinion, but I think they took Lord knows how much in "backorders", used the funds, now that people want refunds, it is taking a long time to get more people to fund those refunds. Hopefully they get out of this without screwing anyone else out of their money.
And the Saint Edge is on their site for sale now. Go figure.

Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
