Default Refusal to Cooperate With Federal Un Constitutional Gun Laws

There is a movement around the country under an organization called the 10th Amendment Center to exclude local enforcement of Federal Gun laws in the same manner the communist left uses to create sanctuaries for illegal invaders. More than a dozen states have either passed or are in the process of passing laws making it illegal to cooperate with the current federal tyranny when it comes to unconstitutional gun laws.

Heck, weed is still illegal at the Fed level but at this point we're nearing the halfway point of states that have "legalized" it for rec use. And as you mention, all the bending over for illegals shit. So I don't see why the states can't re-assert a hefty dose of their authority under the Constitution. Tell DC to GFT. What is the Fed going to do, invade entire states?

In restrospect, the Articles of Confederation weren't so bad...

I hope that force is put behind second amendment sanctuary laws by means of state and local police enforcement. Can you imagine how sweet it would be to see ATF backing down to a Sheriff's office?

Unfortunately, I think the ATF has much bigger toys. And at the end of the day, I think at least half of cops care more about their pensions than our gun rights.

No, withhold all Federal funding the subject states normally receive.

What would happen if the states that were so penalized would stop suppling the Federal Government with supplies? I do realize that the Government has multiple supply chains but, what would happen if multiple states that supplied the same product to the Government stopped filling orders?
We the people love our country so let the government fear us.

.Gov steps in and effectively gets/takes what it needs.

Vast majority of the ATF are pencil pushers that don't know one end of a gun from another, but they do know paperwork.

Trump tried that with sanctuary cities and the Federal courts put the brakes on that idea.
