Number 3 is basically moot. You already have the right not to be discriminated against on that basis at the federal level and that right is incorporated to the states through the 14th ammendment.

Wifey was reading something about #3 having the word "person" and not "citizen". Basically giving our constitutional rights to any illegal or other person and not based on citizenship. Anyone else see this?

I am voting no on 3 and 4. Expanding loans designated for voluntary fd, to paid ones is more taxes wasted.

Im glad we get to vote on the governor's power to call state of emergency. I wish we could repeal the restrictions on open carry during a state of emergency as well. I think a state of emergency would be the number one time TO open carry.
Voting Yes on the first two, no on the third.
Im not granting rights to non-citizens.
