    Eliminates the requirement for the provision of weapons lockers in Court facilities.

    And that is all it does. Introduced by Shusterman and seconded by Ciresi. Apparently they don't have any real issues to address.

    It would eliminate gun storage at the capital too (which might be the motivation behind it). The only reason we have to check guns at the capital building is because they have a court facility in the building.

    It is questionable if an unused room is a court facility but yes.

    Frankly, it more than questionable, it's bullshit. That's the reason they use though.
