Yes it is select fire... Came with a silencer as well... Form 3 to local SOT/dealer then form 4 to me... It*s all a waiting game at this point. If I have it by Christmas I*ll consider it a win. Now just to block it from my mind for the rest of the year. Lol

Amazing how a 250 dollar gun back in 86 is worth what it is today.
Thats a double stamp (gun) (can) and maybe a quad (200 eachx4) transfer fee?

As far as I know just one fee - $200 sub gun and $200 silencer... the form 3 transfers tax free I believe?? Waiting on final price from the FFL

I suggest you get extra mags now. No telling what Sloppy Joe and congress might do with the transfer of over ten round magazines.

I think I have a few that I didn't sell with the gun. And the loader, which is a MUST.

To quote an SOT: Machine Gun Beats trumps everything else.
So you only need the One Form 4 for the Mac-10, suppressor excluded.

So if you had an M16 (Receiver, LL or RDIAS) you could put ANY length barrel on it and never have to worry about barrel length.

Yes I have a Lage upper and a few sumoi 72 round drum on the way... I’m beginning to collect a lot of goods. I love the fact I can change calibers as needed with ease
