I think Vega did a great job, especially how he wanted to try and help kids from becoming problems at a young age that is a good plan, especially since he wants to work with local/state LE.. I didn't hear him being a gun grabber.. so there is that...

Fixing the family unit and getting kids on the right path at a young age is the only answer that will work. Anything else will resemble a chirus argument on POOFA where tails are endlessly chased.
