    Default Delaware new mag capcity

    Hello all

Once again Delaware is much more concerned with decent people and our guns, mags ect than dealing with real criminals and issues often for fear of being called racist. Racism does not pull triggers or rob people. Liberals need to focus on Wilmington "Murdertown USA" while removing the log in their eyes instead of the speck in the eye of decent gun owners. One idea they introduced was a "permit to purchase" God forbid someone have to know the three branches of government to vote though. Now if you have carry permit then you are exempt ( which i do) for NOW most people apply get them in DE but they have much more costs and and hoops to jump through to get one. This may change one day. The issue I directly am wondering is mag capactiy. This is a good one. They want to limit mag capacity to 17 rounds which covers lots of guns and I think all police carry firearms with that # of rounds or less. Well I have AR-15 rifles and have never seen a 17 round mag. I know they have the 10,15,20,30 and hi cap. Well the only one that will fit here is the 15 rounds. Apparently they are not giving an exemption to those who own them already. So i have in laws in PA hence where they will be ( cant believe this one) but was wondering if anyone can reccommend some good 15 round mags? I have many pmags and they are good but not sure if they make a 15 or not. Thanks

Never heard of a 15 rd AR mag

    5, 10, 20, and 30 are the norm.

Stop worrying about how you'll comply, and put that energy towards how to let these bills not get out committee, voted on or signed.... really not trying to be a prick just trying to put you and the rest of Delaware's gun owners on the offensive as much as possible.

To answer your question, there are companies that limit standard 30 round pmags to 15 rounds (Rifle Gear is one I believe). They cost over double of a real Pmag. I have 4 in my possession right now that were sent into exile by someone living in NJ. They also make them for Colorado. Don't let Delaware become the next NJ or Colorado. Fight hard now or the fight for a lawsuit to turn it over or to get it repealed afterwards will be much harder.

Yeah, I figured there would have to be some modified mags to address ban states.
I wonder if any manufacturers offer them without going through a third party modification.

My mags identify as low cap mags. I promise, cross my heart, to never put more rounds in them than the government allows me to.

Thread title is a bit misleading. This is a bill not a law...so far.

OP is already conceding...just goes to show you the nature of what gun owners are not willing to do to maintain their rights.

OK on stop it from coming out of committee and its not a law yet.

This is DELAWARE. OBAMA won twice. Hillary has carried the state and biden. No doubt they will pass unless there is fear of court challenge.

First of all- do not concede or comply

Secondly, if one were to limit capacity on a magazine the same way one would plug a shotgun, wouldn’t this meet the requirements of the oppressors? Probably not...I suppose.
