Sig M17 optics
Need some help with RMRs and MOSs. Need an optic for my M17 and G19 MOS. I know that sig (my priority) accepts DPP and Romeo 1 pro. Are there others that can match the footprint and are there adapters to run other optics? I have a Vortex Venom on my mark4 that I'd potentially like to put on the sig. Also, whats the MOS footprint?

Re: Sig M17 optics
As you've correctly stated, the M17 is cut for the Deltapoint Pro which the Romeo 1 Pro shares a platform with. So there's two options for you.
The other option is to buy a conversion plate. Most doing this go for an RMR/Holosun plate. Springer Precision, CHPWS and Bobro make these types of plates. Easy to find with a quick Google search.

I would suggest the Aimpoint ACRO, it is the best handgun optic I have used. Aimpoint makes a mounting plate for it that fits on both the glock and the M17.

Bushnell makes one now. Pretty cheap also for around $100.
