The first post of mine you quoted is a meme. Memes are for getting a chuckle; not for taking things seriously.
The second post of mine you quoted; clearly states it's not a full/real win and that bumpstocks are not legal after this case.

Congratulations folks, especially to GOA and the plaintiffs who fought this. As to those who are asking if they are 'legal' yet (my gut says 'no'), and I say this with all truth, honesty, integrity, fellowship and respect as an American to another American:

If you have one- shut the hell up.

My understanding, ( I am no lawyer) of the ruling is that in the ruling circuit they are now legal, however nationally its still a no. BUT it does start the first domino towards national legality (hopefully).

I can not emphasize the above post enough. "If you have one - shut the hell up."
