June 7 2021 Harrisburg 2A Rally

The rally was kind of a wet fart but the after party was worth the trip. It's always a pleasure to hang with this group. Big thanks to Jhaydeno for the hospitality. That is one awesome establishment he has there.

Yep, 200 - 250 people was pretty disappointing. But it was great getting together for the picnic at Jhaydeno's beautiful farm. That was quite the crew, with the dogs and the entire Streaker and Alpaca clans. And kudos for the awesome food- Andy's pasta salad, Streaker's potato salad, and Alpaca's carnivore pizza were all worth the trip!

One of my sons had an award ceremony at school today. I knew that he was getting more than a few, so I wasn't going to miss it.

The nice thing is about being horrible with names, is by next year I*ll forget your names again, and it will be like meeting new people all over!

Count me as one of the assholes who had to work. Thank you very much for all who went - not easy to manage, all things considered.

I wonder why turnout was low this year compared to other years? Maybe indifference due to the perception that "whatever is going to happen is going to happen"? Very dangerous line of thought - not that I have ground to stand on. Just spitballing.

Considering the forecast, it really wasn't all that bad today. We had cloud cover and a slight breeze. It has been worse in the past.

I wanted to be there but had a pipe burst in the wall last night. Spent the day off running back and forth to HD to get it fixed instead of out there with you guys.

And Rock Island*s baked beans with bacon, OF&U*s selection of chips, and the watermelon and the guacamole (drawing a blank). You guys are great: the party essentially is brought here, thank you all for making the effort to attend and stand up for what*s important.

Unfortunately you all missed the fun at the after-after party. 185 in before any rain!

Fucking pathetic turnout. I have wasted so much time, energy and money thinking people will wake up and join or die.

Fuck 2A people, patriots and the like.

When it comes (draconian gun laws, more persecution of patriots, more rights disappearing), I have my shit in order and will deal with it as I see fit.

When others finally feel the pain they might get off the couch. But it will be too little too late..Like Virginia.
