Re: 9th Circuit. No right to carry
Americans have 'no right' to carry guns in public, 9th Circuit Court rules
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news...y-guns-public/
Enbanc 9th Circuit
"We can find no general right to carry arms into the public square for self-defense," the majority wrote, claiming that the Second Amendment applies to the "defense of hearth and home."
"The power of the government to regulate carrying arms in the public square does not infringe in any way on the right of an individual to defend his home or business," the judges wrote.
The court noted that "we have previously held that individuals do not have a Second Amendment right to carry concealed weapons in public" which means people in the West Coast states it covers have no right to carry a firearm in any capacity in public.
This ruling impacts RTC laws in AK, HI, CA, AZ, OR, WA, & MT.
This represents the total abandonment of sanity in the reading of the U.S. Constitution!

Please. It's the 9th circuit. Yawn.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.

Re: 9th Circuit. No right to carry
Simple solution in the states affected...change the word “right” to “duty”.

Re: 9th Circuit. No right to carry
There's thousands of gun laws and it's an actual right that's literally one sentence...shall not be infringed...shall not be questioned...etc. I will not comply. Period! This BS has gone far enough.

Re: 9th Circuit. No right to carry
I guess we have to change the Constitution to include the right to "bear" arms . . . I assume that their copy of the Bill of Rights doesn't say that.
