Re: Do local shops sell Polymer 80 frames?
I might have to buy one from an online store. I don't know why, but I'm hooked on these. Well, I know why. They feel great and are interesting to build. I don't know what color frame or frame size to choose. I like the gray frames. I don't want to have $5k sitting in five different built pistols, but it would be easy to do if I had the money.

Re: Do local shops sell Polymer 80 frames?
I'm considering picking up a Polymer AR lower if I boogered up my current aluminum one. Milling went splendid until the safety switch hole, one side got oval shaped instead of perfect round. I'm likely going to JB Weld it partially and re-round it. Not a big stress point, should be OK.
Anyone ever try out a polymer AR?Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

I bought a couple of Polymer 80's last year. Haven't touched them since and if I'm honest with myself I probably never will LOL
