Hudson's in North Coventry Township
I live about 9 seconds away from Hudson's on route 100 in North Coventry. In spite of that, I rarely go in there, because every time I go do I'm reminded why I don't. I just stopped in a bit ago to do a transfer, and it was the same experience that I always have there. Every experience I've had has been with someone belligerent and immediately stand-offish. I'm quite aware that gun shops tend to attract a lot of jerk offs, on both sides of the counter, but if the people behind the counter can't rise above and assume everyone coming in is worth treating with politely until proved otherwise, then they're in the wrong business. Walked out and went down to Gordon's, where everything was totally fine, as is always the case. It's a shame that so many local gun shops are staffed with pissed off people.

I have had only good experiences there. I don*t go there often because it is a little too far from me but occasionally I do a transfer there. I have probably done about 8-10 transfers and they were always courteous with us.

Hudson's is awesome shop. The guys behind the counter are great. Also they are very knowledgeable. I've never seen them treat anyone badly.

Never bought anything at Hudson’s but have never had an issue doing a transfer there. Last time I stopped at Gordon’s they told me they only do transfers before noon and not on weekends. I really like going to Kerpers gun shop I have nothing bad to say about them.,

Re: Hudson's in North Coventry Township
Just an FYI guy Hudson's may be under new ownership soon. I spoke to the guy who wants to buy the place. Looks like they are trying to hash out a final agreement. Quite honestly, I hope that happens because customer service was always questionable at best. That said, when I got service, it was good. The problem was getting service the begin with.

Hudson's has been sold. The store will have a new sign put up and the location will remain the same. See new thread JW Firearms.
