The same thing happened with Allen Gottlieb of Second Amendment Foundation when he went with the Toomey /Manchin registration schema. Now he's good to go though even though he never apologized for taking up sides with the gun grabbers right? I think if Stolfer comes out and apologizes for his anti gun position he'll be good to go like Allen Gottlieb right?

Spreading the word all the way in the Northwest region. Not letting them use Pa. to push their BS

I agreed that they do have the right to do this and I think our response should be a boycott until they reverse this decision. Kim seemed to be offended at the idea of boycotting Eagle.

Yesterday, I talked to Val Finnell and Jordan Vinroe. Jordan has agreed to do a live Q & A session on "A Black Guy With A Gun" later this week. I'm going to see about his availability on Friday.

I like Kim and I respect him. I appreciate all of the good pro 2A work he has done in Pennsylvania but I think he's 100% wrong on this one. I'm not willing to turn my back on him or FOAC but I think we need to use logic and reason to convince him of why his position is incorrect.
Jordan has been very active in this I agree that they are wrong hands down all day long, yes the show can choose to not have them sold but for a pro 2A group to agree based on criminals doing what they do I disagree. As for Eagle arms yes it's their venue ...... and bet me that going forward they are going to get more criminals than buyers show up now. I'm not supporting either of them as they are not supporting me or us.

Well, I think the least that FOAC should have done is keep quiet for now. But it seems that they are in a bit of a quandry over their name. If Shapiro claims that there is irrefutable evidence that criminals are obtaining these kits, then an organization that has "Against Crime" in their name is sort of backed into a corner or else they are facing a public relations nightmare for opposing this voluntary ban. That still does not excuse Stolfer speaking out loudly on this issue. Either they should refuse comment, offer a stock non-controversial response, or else maybe decide to change their name to Firearms Owners For Freedom. This might be a good idea anyway, since these state actors are bent on creating more criminals and crimes out of lawful gun owners as a matter of policy.

The whole BS basis for these folks like Gottlieb supporting this universal background checks scheme was the facade of legitimacy given to checks and balances against backdoor supposed illegal government gun registration and the supposed criminal penalties for people who ignore the restrictions and try to implement a registration scheme come what may. Any thinking person knows that nobody in government would ever see a second in jail nor any fines for breaking that law. If we can't even jail people like Comey or Clapper or Lois Lerner, we're certainly not going to keel haul any official who claims a "clerical error" or some such reason for setting up an illegal gun registry. And who among us would ever know anyway? Even if by some small chance it was exposed, it would all be classified and swept under the rug for 20 years.

A whole lot of decent people were suckered into this horrid and diabolical scheme. And it would not have done anything to lower the violent crime rate.

Thank you for pointing this out! I knew there was something about SAF that was (at least) squishy from several years ago, but I couldn't remember which gun control policy they supported. I've been hesitant to give them support when people ask for recommendations for pro-gun groups and this is why!

    FPC and GOA for me.

No compromise, or they can go fuck themselves.

If a person makes a mistake and readily admits it and apologizes everything isn't perfect but things continue on with only a bit of butthurt and some extended scrutiny. After a time a person wins back that confidence they once had from others. I don't know Kim Stolfer, I only know what I've read and heard about what his position in this fiasco is. The old saying of keeping one's mouth shut and thought a fool rather than open your mouth and prove it without a doubt seems to have been forgotten in this case.

As many of us loyal NRA members have demanded with the NRA board to dismiss Wayne La Pierre because he has and is doing more harm than good but it falls on deaf ears and suppose there will be no resignation nor any apologies because money and power corrupts. I guess the only way to rid the NRA of such a person is to do a Metoo/Cuomo on him. Many of our 2nd amendment groups are in the same situation with the corruption that is so pervasive in every segment of our society today. Members of FOAC need to demand from their board an explanation and then decide on whether to demand a resignation.

Not sure if anyone else saw the same email, but I received an email from the FOAC which I am a member, have supported, and have spoke with Kim. In this case I really wish Eagle Arms dealt with that specific vendor, and FOAC stayed out of it. All of us want criminals caught and don't want more taken away from our rights.

    ***FROM THE FOAC***

I am writing to clear the air about the most recent confusion surrounding the press release of 3/15/2021 titled *Rep. Amen Brown, Eagle Arms, Polymer 80 Kits and Violent Criminals*.
Firearms Owners Against Crime has not, is not, and will not advocate, promote, or support the registration or banning of any gun part, accessory, unfinished lower, parts kits, kit gun, magazine, or any piece of plastic or metal. Although FOAC supported and supports Eagle Arms as a private company that made hard and unpopular policy decisions about their own shows, we will not stand by while insinuations are made that cast a shadow of doubt upon our unwavering belief that the 2nd Amendment and Article 1, Sections 21 and 25 of the Pennsylvania Constitution shall not be questioned or infringed. Firearms Owners Against Crime supports law-abiding American*s right to purchase parts, kits, accessories, unfinished kits, etc. using cash or any form of payment that the seller and buyer agree upon.

Firearms Owners Against Crime is a non-partisan political action committee focused on advancing the rights and liberties of all Pennsylvanians and we pride ourselves on the fact that we actively reach out to all Legislators in an effort to educate them about firearms, the law, and the Constitutions of PA and the United States. FOAC President, Kim Stolfer has been working with Legislators from both sides of the isle for decades helping them write, sponsor, and support pro-liberty and anti-crime legislation. We the officers and board support him in this effort without hesitation.

I pray that we can learn a lesson from this experience and recognize how quickly many in the 2A community had turned on *one of our own*, whose actions and deeds and dedication to Liberty cannot be questioned. When we disagree, let us as a community reach out to one another and discuss issues rather than lambast one another. If we as pro-gun / pro-liberty advocates and organizations do not learn to work together we may not be able to survive the oncoming anti-gun / anti-liberty onslaught that is on the horizon.

Firearms Owners Against Crime will NEVER support registering parts kits commonly known as *80% lowers*. FOAC was very vocal about this when AG Shapiro tried to attack 80% AR Lowers in 2018-2019. Firearms Owners Against Crime will NEVER support the classification of a piece of plastic, polymer, or metal as a *firearm*. We spoke out against this practice when then President Trump signed the bump stock ban. Firearms Owners Against Crime will always support the *policing of our own* and speak out and fight against the expansion of government intrusion into the lives of law-abiding citizens.

We urge our fellow Pennsylvanians to focus their energies on urging their Representatives to support Constitutional Carry, Strengthening Preemption, Eliminating PICs, and adding disparity of force to the *Castle Laws*.
It is my hope that these statements clear up any potential concerns or doubts about what Firearms Owners Against Crime is about and what its officers, board, and members stand for.
