Holy crap they weren't lying, this round really does have 50% less recoil than a standard practice round. Just a heads up if you see some, it's not just BS. Good for training a new center-fire shooter. Good for competition I suppose but depends on if you want to compete for score or if you want to really train with something closer to real duty ammo.

Nice paper punching round. I was getting this at the local shop for awhile and liked it as well. Still have a case of it that I won*t open. It was getting hard to find even before the panic shortage. Gonna use it sparingly. My wife calls it the lipstick round.
