As to the carry situation, if I'm in the wild, it's on a thigh holster tucked to the inside/top of my thigh.
Only way I've found that keeps it securely on me, with a reasonable draw, and is not in a normal landing/impact zone for a crash.
    Open to new suggestions though.
Its all good apology accepted! As for your holster it has nothing to do with being in the open, and everything to do with transportation. If you are in or on a form or transportation, you are considered CC by law. The exception is for handicapped people, wheelchairs, scooters and so on. Sitting on a motorcycle is the same as entering a car. While it can be seen plain as day, the laws says its now concealed. Stupid I know but that's the way it is.

Hmm, I've always been told by gun lawyers something much much different.

First; it's not that being in or on a form of transportation is considered "CC by law".
Rather it's simply that the transportation laws take precedence.
If your are transporting you need a recognized license (aka PA LTCF or CWP from another state); period. Whether or not the firearm is visible is irrelevant.

I equate this confusion to people who say "You need a LTCF to open carry in Philly."
    That's not the case.
You need a LTCF to open carry in Cities Of First Class.
It's just that Philly is current the only City Of First Class in PA.

Second; there are no exceptions for handicapped people, wheelchairs, scooters and so on.
Rather it's just that no one has bothered to enforce weapon transportation laws against such people.

I say on because you sit on a bike. Yes the transportation law takes precedence. I agree that weather you can see it or not you need a CC license, for transportation. IIRC their was a law protecting handicapped people from needing a LTCF while in a wheelchair and so on. I looked but with a migraine lots of reading is near impossible.

Riding a atv is considered cc, even on your own property, which requires a license.

Isn't calling Philly a "City of First Class" an example of an oxymoron?

The only thing that the Shitty of Philadelphia would be first in is corruption. And that's a shame for all of the good honest folks that live there.

    Again, NO.

Riding an ATV is considered 'in a vehicle', not CC. They are different parts of the statute
