While the PSP should have changed their policy based on the precedent set by McCaffery and the later work done in 2019 by Sig4life in Sama, I would spend a few bucks and have either one of our two esteemed lawyers make a few calls to PSP in Harrisburg.
I'm sure AG (Acting Gestapo) Shapiro pushes back wherever he can, and after some of the crap PSP pulled when a buddy's conviction was vacated by a federal judge (with the threat of tossing the county DA in prison if he wasn't released from SCI I might add), I wouldn't want to take chances...Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.
