We have a justice on the SC who feels the same way about the sentence fitting the crime...ACB agrees with you...and has ruled on this very same situation. She sided with the defendant...

Anything to remove your rights...its what happens when you have Demotards in power.

If sentence actually fit the crime, we'd be executing far more murderers.

Good, I’ve been saying for years that non firearm crimes should not be stripping anyone of their god given rights. It’s a back door way to impose gun control.

Honestly I think very few things should be able to permanently strip a person of their rights.

Josh, PM me. I may be able to help with this (from a citizens standpoint)

I'd say 2/3rd's of the country would be stripped of their god given rights due to this law.

I should also add more ridiculous felonies.

Cursing on the radio 18 USC § 1464

    Copying a PO BOX Key 18 USC § 1704

    Vandalizing a mailbox 18 USC § 1705

Flying an airplane with an invalid FAA registration 49 USC § 46306

Credit card fraud in an amount over FIFTY dollars in Pennsylvania 18 PA CS 4106. The limit across the state line in Delaware is $1500 (Unless your victim is among an enumerated class, in which case any amount is a felony).

Cutting up your own passport 18 USC § 1543

Using a recording device in a motion picture theater 18 USC § 2319B

AND THERE ARE SO MANY MORE.

I'm not a lawyer yet. I'll get there. I got my acceptance to the University of Utah a few days ago and I'm so excited to be going. Now only 7 years and $100k of debt until I can get my law degree and do what I want for a living.

I should also add a fun fact.

In most circumstances under federal law, embezzling money from a bank you work for 18 USC § 656 is punishable by MORE TIME than robbing a bank 18 USC § 2113

IN FACT, making a false statement on a loan application 18 USC § 1014 is punishable by more prison time than robbing a bank in most circumstances.

IN FACT, it all used to be the other way. Until a law introduced into congress by JOE BIDEN back in the late 1980's switched it up. I was shocked when I found this out.

Go look it up. It is all true.

    I think he misspelled "Adultery"

Also known as "Cheating on your spouse"

Still technically illegal in a few states, although rarely enforced.
