Default Its Baaaccckk HB 770 Assault Weapon Ban

More shit from the shitheads. I think the Democraps draw straws to see who gets the "honor" of introducing this crud.

    Regular Session 2021-2022
    House Bill 770
Short Title: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, prohibiting certain assault weapons.
    Prime Sponsor: Representative GAINEY
Last Action: Referred to JUDICIARY, March 4, 2021 [House]
Memo: Assault Weapons Ban (Former HB 307)

Kauffman will suck all the oxygen out of it

This bill will never make it out of the Judiciary Committee

But it’s a good reminder to email Kauffman and thank him for his support of the 2A community.

Keep in mind, Kauffman is not a member of the 2A community like we are, but he has sworn to other House members to protect our rights as long as he runs the committee.

So it’s good to send him your appreciation from time to time

I just re-read the text of the bill again and I find this section objectionable also: "A part or combination of parts designed or intended to convert a firearm into an assault weapon or any combination of parts from which an assault weapon may be rapidly assembled if those parts are in possession or under the control of the same person." Now they want to make a piece of tubing and miscellaneous parts illegal too?

Not to mention, the federal legal definition of an "assault weapon" is a firearm that shoots multiple bullets with one pull of the trigger aka full auto.

No but probably says plenty about those horrible bullets that are specially designed to tear a body up so bad that hunters won't even use them for hunting because they render the whole deer inedible.
