Default Gunmen Open Fire at Upper Darby Funeral for Person Who Was Killed in Philadelphia

Guess the shooters felt they had to shoot their victim again?

Police said two gunmen walked up to a funeral in progress around 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Friends Southwestern Burial Ground on the 200 block of Powell Lane in Upper Darby and opened fire before fleeing the scene.
One person was grazed in the face and is expected to recover while a second shooting victim underwent surgery.
The service was for a person who had been shot and killed in Philadelphia about three days ago.

It's not a proper funeral without a cappin'.

Kind of like in Reading a couple years ago. A gunfight broke out at a 'vigil' for a shooting victim.

A funeral without at least 3 additional deaths is considered a dull affair.

Philly border area of UD along Cobbs Creek. Any of yinz out there in the western half of the state ever heard of Osage Ave? It's right across the crick.

Ever heard of bonus point: The shooting was on or about the street Tina Fay of SNL fame grew up on. She doesn't talk about it much, but that big scar across her face is the result of some mutt who came up and slashed her in her front yard when she was simply out playing as a young kid.

Gang warfare knows no bounds. I recall a case where a kid was dug up and either, his head or body, was placed on his mothers porch. There was also a case where a guy walked up to a funeral, shot a guy 6 times in the gut, and walked away.

My dad taught at upper dump HS for 37 years, said it was the best until the 90s. There was a case back in the (70s) if not mistaken,
where a student dug up a grave across the street and put the head on somebody's porch.
The place looks like a prison now when school lets out. Cops are everywhere, macdonalds closes the doors, drive thru only.
To make matters worse, they made a two lane highway one lane in front of the school, traffic out the ass. What are these people thinking
when they design new traffic patterns.
