    Maybe but maybe not. We could lucky with an alignment of the planets. SCOPA is still sitting on the decision on no excuse, mail-in voting. Why? And The Lizard of Oz may bring in some of those low IQ soccer moms from the other side who don't want to vote for a caveman.

    I don’t anticipate SCOPA will overrule the lower court which kept Act 77 in place for this cycle.

    I thought it was flat out ruled unconstitutional by the last court. You're saying that they also ruled it could stay in place for this full election?

    I believe that ruling was stayed pending a final ruling

    Leaving status quo until they stop dragging their feet, after November effectively

    I wonder what things would look like if Trump endorsed Barnette who was clearly the real maga candidate? Would oz have been left trailing in 3rd while McCormick and KB ran neck & neck, or would it have put her over the top?
