He shouldn't have to sue anyone if it's already required.

Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
This shit is why no one trusts our system
Every election it is the same crap with mail in ballots. All it causes is a lack of faith in the system. And what do we do to fix it? We issue more mail in ballots.
We are governed by the perpetually stupid.

Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
I would take McCormick over oz any day. But I want the law followed. I do not want judges legislating from the bench. The law says ballots must be dated. Judges ignoring the law and saying take the ballots anyway is unconstitutional and an extreme overreach of judicial power.
I don't want oz, but I want election integrity. If McCormick wins the lawsuit and the ballots are accepted without the date it will bite us down the road.

Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
Just watched McCormick's campaign manager (Jim Schultz) on Bannon's podcast. It appears that despite the fact that there are errors on these ballots (no, wrong date, ect.), the campaign manager stated that they are postmarked / timestamped by the post office by the legal deadline as indicated by state law and that therefore regardless of these "minor" errors, they should be counted and not disqualified.
Bannon reminded him of the fact that during the 2020 presidential election, the campaign manager was at the forefront of trying to reject any and all ballots in PA that didn't meet state guidelines by the most strict interpretation and suggested that to PA republican voters it would seem hypocritical to treat these ballots differently.
His response was to utter something unintelligible in "lawyer speak".

Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
Democrat mail in voters are dumb. The Philadelphia Election Board said there were 2000 ballots without the date on them. Only 100 were Republican.
Sticks and stones will break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.
