Shooting from a vehicle, does not make it vehicular homicide. I can*t explain it any more simpler.
You mean all those bumping cops and dragging them down the street ain't true?

If ammo keeps getting scarce they will result in using a vehicle....then going to one of the many chop shops in Kensington or off of Belfield and Allegheny to get the car fixed...

When I go down there for work I started to carry a bulletproof plate in my backpack just in case...

If you're referring to the incident in May 2020 downtown during the riots, you should reread what Carson wrote - over 70 murders to date in 2021

Typical 'solution' from the Politician Class.

CHICAGO - People have been saying for months now that teens are running around Chicago and carjacking motorists like it's a video game. But now, local lawmakers are doubling down on that idea, saying video game "Grand Theft Auto" should be banned.

Sure, that's easier than a few public hangings for the thefts.

Apparently Brandon Moore and Jonathan Ramos did not get the memo about VH not being a thing.

I said the same thing to my wife the other day. The politicians answer is always banning some dumb shit instead of actually addressing a problem. In this case a 15 year old video game is the scape goat so they can pretend to do their jobs.

I would like to know what time frame holds the most car jackings, Im thinking its not the morning commute,
Kids aren't in school in Phila and they are left to "police" them selves which they are unable to do,
I also wonder how many cars are carjacked that are manual transmissions,,,,,,, Years back I remember reading about guy hears his car start and runs outside and guy in car sitting there struggling to get it in gear,
Wonder how many punks can drive a manual,
    Lastly
If I shot a guy thru my door when they were holding a gun at my window,
    would I be charged?
And would race play into my defending myself?

Yes, most carjackings occur after noon.

None of the cars targeted would have a manual trans.

What are you carrying that would sufficiently penetrate a car door and stop an attacker?

A 9mm will do at that range.

Fast forward to 8:50 were Paul tests the 9mm going through two doors while standing back 7yards. You can watch the whole video and see a car isn't likely to stop much of anything until you get behind the engine block.
