PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Some Philadelphia residents are breathing a sigh of relief after two suspected carjackers have been arrested Friday after terrorizing various neighbors for weeks.

The two 15-year-old males face multiple charges of robbery, stolen autos, reckless endangerment, and related offenses.

A man on a motorcycle fired shots at police and then stole a police vehicle with at least two guns inside, investigators said. The unidentified man was wanted for an unrelated incident in Delaware County when police spotted him crashing a motorcycle along the 8400 block of Lindbergh Avenue in Philadelphia early Monday evening.

About an hour later, the SUV was found in Deptford, New Jersey, about 40 minutes away in a residential neighborhood. The back window shot out. Police converged on that SUV Monday night.
